Paint the Park art competition 🎨
I took part in a live painting competition in Gosport, organised by Thirteeneight, inspired by the Landscape Artist of the Year competition, where we aimed to captured the beauty of Stanley Park in Gosport. 🍁 It was fun trying out gouache for the first time and painting en-plein air with so many wonderful artists.
After submitting and waiting for the results, my artwork was soon announced as the ''Public Vote Winner'' at the Paint in the Park 2026 art competition. It was such an honour to realise that my painting touched the public's heart.
Our paintings will be exhibited at the Alverbank from September 13th-20th.
